Scope of Work:
– Offering a comprehensive set of BIM documentation, encompassing the MIDP, EIR, BEP, and associated records.– Developing a LOD 350 BIM Model covering Architecture, Structural, and MEPF disciplines.
– Carrying out clash detection and Coordination across all fileds.
–Addressing Inconsistencies between Various Trades using Navisworks and Revit.
– Producing BIM models with 4D and 5D capabilities.
– Creating a detailed project blueprint, progress updates, and Gantt charts.
– Delivering integrated Cobie data drops to the client.
