This project involves construction of a new Administrative building for Thane Municipal Corporation. It features a 32-floor main office block and a 5-storey Mahasabha for civic functions.

Our scope included:

– Creating detailed models of Architecture, Structure, and MEPF discipline

– Performing Inter-disciplinary Clash Detection and Resolution

– Carrying out Quantity Takeoff from the model

– 4D scheduling and monitoring throughout the project

– Preparing As-built Model (LOD 500) & Drawings
