The project is a High-rise residential building comprising two wings, Wings A & B, with a common single-level basement housing space for UPS, STP, BMS room, pump room & electric panel room for Services & UG water tanks. 

 Our scope included:

– Defined and implemented the project BIM framework

– Coordinated all the models to achieve a clash-free, integrated design.

– Established and governed the ACC for controlled information exchange.

– Providing BIM Training and Support to the stakeholders
