LOD-400 BIM For All Disciplines
Scope of Work
- Providing the full BIM documentation including the MIDP, EIR, BEP and other documents.
- Preparation of LOD-300 BIM Model for Architecture, Structural, and MEPF discipline
- Clash detection and co-ordination between all the disciplines to be carried out
- Solving the discrepancies between the different trades using Navisworks and Revit
- Creating a detailed project plan, progress reports, and gantt charts
- Creating the NWD files and running the simulation on Navisworks
- Providing an animation file of the project
- Providing a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of the project
- Providing the client with the COBie sheets for Facilities Management
