Scope of Work
-Providing the full BIM documentation including the MIDP, EIR, BEP and other documents.
-Preparation of LOD-300 BIM Model for Architecture, Structural, and MEPF discipline
-Clash detection and co-ordination between all the disciplines to be carried out
-Solving the discrepancies between the different trades using Navisworks and Revit
-Creating a detailed project plan, progress reports, and gantt charts
-Creating the NWD files and running the simulation on Navisworks
-Providing an animation file of the project
-Providing a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of the project
-Providing the client with the COBie sheets for Facilities Management
